The view from our room was stunning, we could see the snow-covered mountains from our window. The breakfast was also very delicious and there was a lot of variety to choose from. The location was great as we were able to walk to the town center and do some shopping.
Our Xmas stay was not as we expected. The heating in our room was not working properly and it was very cold. We also had some trouble with the hot water in our shower. Our room was not cleaned properly and we found some hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony and two windows. Everything was impeccable, from the cleanliness to the well-presented hotel facilities. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff was accommodating when I asked for extra pillows and had an issue with the safe. I was impressed with the location, transportation, and friendly staff.
It was all superb.

Loved the cozy, traditional feel of the hotel - it instantly made us feel at home during our city break. The room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely balcony that gave us a view of the beautiful surroundings. We also enjoyed the breakfast spread, which had a variety of delicious options to choose from.
The absence of free WiFi was a bit disappointing as it's something we've grown accustomed to in most hotels across Europe. However, it wasn't a dealbreaker for us as there were plenty of cafes in the nearby area that offered free WiFi.
